Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use our website. That means people using screen readers, keyboards only, speech input, magnification, high contrast, mobile devices, and everything in between. If something gets in your way, that’s on us—please tell us so we can fix it.
Conformance status
This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We designed, built, and tested the site to meet this standard across templates and core content.
What we’ve done to make the site accessible
-
Logical, consistent navigation and headings
-
Meaningful link text and visible focus states
-
Text alternatives for non-text content (images, icons, charts)
-
Forms with programmatically associated labels, clear errors, and instructions
-
Sufficient colour contrast and scalable text (zoom to 200% without loss of content or functionality)
-
Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements (no “keyboard traps”)
-
ARIA used sparingly and correctly, only where native HTML can’t express intent
-
Captions or transcripts provided for embedded media we control
-
Responsive layout that supports mobile and tablet accessibility features
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
This site works with the current and previous major versions of:
-
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop
-
Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Android and iOS
Older or unsupported browsers (including Internet Explorer) may not offer the best experience—much like dial-up in a 5G world.
Technical specifications
Accessibility relies on: HTML5, WAI-ARIA 1.2 (as needed), CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA.
Known limitations / out-of-scope content
While we aim for full accessibility, the following may be outside our direct control or may not fully meet AA at all times:
-
Third-party embeds (e.g., maps, videos, booking tools) that we do not manage
-
Legacy documents or media provided by external partners that may lack full tagging/captions
If you encounter an issue with any of the above, contact us and we’ll provide an accessible alternative.
